“Specs by Post is my ‘go to store’. About 18 months ago I had trouble logging into the site. I was pleasantly surprised when, without me raising the query, a member of staff contacted me and sorted it out. Yesterday, 5th September, I wanted to order some particular specs but they were out of stock. I emailed the company to ask when stock would be replenished. Within 20 minutes, the same lady (as 18 months ago) replied; more stock had arrived while I sent my query.

So helpful. Prices are more reasonable than some other on line companies (for the same specs actually). For me  the customer service is great, you interact with a human being, and it’s not a delayed ‘chat’. I’m not sure if I can mention names but from the date of my enquiry I hope this review reaches the managing director, Mr Carl Morley (yep, I’ve just checked who is in charge). I had another email confirming my order had arrived and was physically being taken to the lab. Great service.”
