I'm a returning customer and once again SBP has done a wonderful job reglazing for me, and I feel I must thank them publicly. Linsey on the phone was kind and helpful, letting me know that there is only one postal payment, even if, as I was doing, sending two pairs of glasses. I was going to pay two postal charges, by mistake. Carl in the lab too was so thoughtful as to ring me to let me know that on my very old frames (which I keep wearing after 44 years!!) several bits were falling apart. Carl insisted that I should not pay him for the repairs, and that he'd fix them free. They are also very quick in that I sent my glasses on Tuesday and they were back, all done on Thursday. This is real good old fashioned customer service which regrettably now I find very rare. Linsey and Carl are kind, thoughtful, generous and very efficient and as such I feel very kindly disposed towards SBP, and I thank them very much. I shall recommend them whenever I can.
