Dear Specs by Post, I have now been a customer for 10 years. Your prompt friendly service has always been superb. The Glasses you have supplied have always been top quality and excellent value. My wife who will not order by post and attends a well known High Street opticians. Sometime paying £100 more for similar specification glasses, she often attends the shop to have loose screws tightened or replaced etc. I just say you should have gone to specs by post. The only reason I have had to replace my glasses has been due to the changes in my vision. I have never once needed to adjust or repair my glasses. Thanks.

I live in the USA & a friend in the UK suggested I compare prices. They supplied one new pair & I send one pair of new frames I had bought & put lenses in another, I had varifocals & the ones that change colour in the sun. Just having lenses added to my old frames was $560 cheaper than in the US!! Great service, they let me know they were posted & even sent a reminder when I forgot to collect from the local post office. Very impressed and I won’t use anyone else again!

Just thought I'd write you a quick review of my experience with specs by post - I ordered a Rx insert glazing for my swisseye safety glasses and was utterly amazed to find them returned to me in perfect condition less than 24hrs later - incredible service, I don't think any mail order I've ever made has achieved this let alone with custom work done as well - nice one folks, really appreciated. I placed the order at 1350hrs 3/3/20 and I'm wearing the glasses I ordered right now at 1000hrs 4/3/20. Amazing turnaround time from ordering to manufacture to despatch and delivery. what a company, phoned Linsey on tuesday with a query about a pair of frames she not only sorted it but took my order over the phone by 11am wednesday i had them in my hand. sbp could teach the big companies about customer service. highly recommend very well done 1st class

I am very impressed with the efficiency and speed of this company. I ordered 3 pairs of lenses from SBP a day after I had placed an order with Vision Express (1 pair adaptive lenses £129 not including frames).. kind of wish I hadn't bothered as I have received my order via post from SBP already at a fraction of the cost of 1 pair of lenses from VE which will be ready to collect in another 3 days lol!
