I'm a returning customer and once again SBP has done a wonderful job reglazing for me, and I feel I must thank them publicly. Linsey on the phone was kind and helpful, letting me know that there is only one postal payment, even if, as I was doing, sending two pairs of glasses. I was going to pay two postal charges, by mistake. Carl in the lab too was so thoughtful as to ring me to let me know that on my very old frames (which I keep wearing after 44 years!!) several bits were falling apart. Carl insisted that I should not pay him for the repairs, and that he'd fix them free. They are also very quick in that I sent my glasses on Tuesday and they were back, all done on Thursday. This is real good old fashioned customer service which regrettably now I find very rare. Linsey and Carl are kind, thoughtful, generous and very efficient and as such I feel very kindly disposed towards SBP, and I thank them very much. I shall recommend them whenever I can.

Used this company for a few years now and they never fail to provide a brilliant service and excellent value. Both me and my other half had new prescriptions. Ordered one day, over the phone as I had few questions, and received next morning. Good old-fashioned customer service from polite, friendly and caring staff. Rare I find these days.

I need distance glasses so these take a week from the optician's. I ordered a pair from specs by post on Monday and they arrived Wednesday! They are gorgeous and cost me £24 total whereas my optician bought are £99. Would highly recommend! I'm not buying from opticians again.

Absolutely first class in all respects! We've been using Specs By-post for years and every pair has been perfect - & remarkably economic! Linsey is very knowledgeable & can advise on the best choice of frame to fit one's requirements - never based on suggesting a dearer one (no opticians would keep her!!) - & can arrange the lens prescription to suit various needs, eg. using a computer, sewing & reading at a comfortable distance. Specs By-post has a comprehensive stock of frames from designer ones & trendy ones to equally good looking basic ones, all having excellent photos from all angles & precise measurements on their website. Invariably next-day delivery too!
