I would like to thank you for the excellent service last week. I am 90 and need my glasses so when I broke them last Thursday I phoned you on the Friday to order new ones. I did not expect them for at least a few days but received them on Sat morning. I'm sure this record despatch could not be beaten Thank you again.

Fantastic. Honestly can't believe how great this service was. I am pretty stingy when it comes to splashing out on glasses because I don't always wear them. I brake them, loose them and %90 of the time I believe I don't need them. I paid £16.80 with postage for a pair which are exactly the same as the ones I had from Tesco opticians for £35. Coincidently tesco opticians is now vision express and they charge £49 for the same pair. My glasses arrived THE NEXT DAY!!!! would have taken over a week in vision express/Tesco. For £12 I wasn't expecting much. But I've been blown away. Good solid case with them and a nice cloth. Also I believe these are better lenses than I had from Tesco much clearer and virtually no light refraction. Spread the word. Specs by post is worth every penny you pay them.

Just wanted to thank you for your outstanding service and unbelievably fast processing of my order! I ordered Wednesday evening, you confirmed the order before 7am the next day, made and shipped them by 10am, and I got them the next day! II A slight tweak of the nose pads and they are a perfect fit. Very pleased, and now am thinking about another pair with a tint. This time was no exception, if it is possible to be better than excellent, it was. I had to contact them as I needed tinted lenses because of photosensitivity. Linsey who promptly responded to my query advised accordingly - a very helpful customer service right through to the arrival.
