I just wanted to say thank you for the brilliant service. I ordered two pairs of glasses at 12.30pm on the 16th March and by 10.30am on the 17th, I’m wearing one of them to type this message! They arrived before the spectacle screwdrivers I ordered to repair my existing Vision Express pair! Both pairs are perfect and sit comfortably. I have used this company since 2010 and I've never had one issue. I have sent extremely expensive frames to be reglazed many many times and they have always come back exactly how I have sent them. After an expensive interlude of some years during which I patronised only local opticians I am so happy to have returned to specs-by-post. I recently made my own researched decision to move away from expensive vari-focal recommendations and chose instead to 'downgrade' lenses to bi-focal, far/intermediate distance. My new spectacles and lenses are just fine and I've saved £'00s - many thanks sbp!
