First time I've ordered glasses from you. My husband recommended your company when I needed a stop-gap pair of glasses until my eye test in a few months. I have to say I have been so impressed by your service! I ordered my glasses by telephone - your female member of staff was both patient and efficient. Dear Specs by Post, I have now been a customer for 10 years. Your prompt friendly service has always been superb. The Glasses you have supplied have always been top quality and excellent value. My wife who will not order by post and attends a well known High Street opticians. Sometime paying £100 more for similar specification glasses, she often attends the shop to have loose screws tightened or replaced etc. I just say you should have gone to specs by post. The only reason I have had to replace my glasses has been due to the changes in my vision. I have never once needed to adjust or repair my glasses. Thanks.

I live in the USA & a friend in the UK suggested I compare prices. They supplied one new pair & I send one pair of new frames I had bought & put lenses in another, I had varifocals & the ones that change colour in the sun. Just having lenses added to my old frames was $560 cheaper than in the US!! Great service, they let me know they were posted & even sent a reminder when I forgot to collect from the local post office. Very impressed and I won’t use anyone else again!

what a company, phoned Linsey on tuesday with a query about a pair of frames she not only sorted it but took my order over the phone by 11am wednesday i had them in my hand. sbp could teach the big companies about customer service. highly recommend very well done 1st class
